Damla Demircioğlu was born in Istanbul in 1987. After a childhood education in theater, she graduated from Istanbul Kültür University with a degree in Film and Television from the Faculty of Art and Design. She completed a graduate program in Media and Communication Management and since 2013 has been a lecturer at Istanbul New Century University. Having a wide variety of experience in many positions at various television broadcasters since 2006, as of 2019 Damla specializes in directing advertisements and music videos.
As someone who has worked with most of Türkiye’s artists, Damla is highly experienced in directing celebrities. She relies on her highly-developed aesthetic sensibility and stylish editing to create magic on the screen. She is known as an energetic, hard-working and creative director who is both fun and fun to work with.
